Paper Department

Automatic continuous and correct paper feeding, with infinitely adjustable paper feeding intervals.

The paper feeding belt is made of special synthetic rubber produced in Germany, with high friction coefficient and excellent wear resistance, suitable for long-term operation.

Assist vibration motor to increase paper output stability.

Equipped with 2 sets of paper output knives and 2 sets of paper output sub knives (depending on the size of the paper box), the paper output knives are used to control the detection of double sheets of paper, and the paper output sub knives are used to balance the paper box.

Paper stack auxiliary support: The larger the paper contacts the belt surface, the better. Equipped with 2 sets of paper stack auxiliary support knives, and 2 sets of support wheels to choose from.

Guiding Section

Composed of two sets of guide plates.

Each set of guide plates is equipped with an adjustable inclined belt.

There is a row of adjustable pressure bearings on the upper belt.

The parallelism error of the paper box can be corrected to ensure that the paper runs parallel to the next part.

Hexagonal Forming Department

Using high-speed computer system analysis and three-axis servo motor control, perform four and six corner forming.

Turnback Department

Pre fold and unfold the first and third lines.

Equipped with a right strap and an optional 180 degree folding knife.

The right folding band can be folded back or directly formed.

Hook the Bottom

Suitable for bottom and side stickers, spray adhesive system needs to be selected.

There are three positions for bottom hooking action:

A. Perform a hooking and pasting action on the bottom adhesive part;

B. Perform a middle angle forming action at the outlet of the bottom sticker part;

C. Perform paper edge angle forming action on the right or left side of this fold.

This Section

There are two devices on the left and right sides of the lower paste tube (paste tray width 5mm), which can be used for quantitative paste, have a large capacity, and are easy to maintain.

The left and right folding straps can move up and down independently to adjust the tightness of the paper box thread.

Equipped with a folding belt variable speed device, used to solve problems such as horn mouth, up and down lines during the folding process.

Pressing Down on The Part

Using a photoelectric counter to preset quantitative counting, control the kick plate to automatically label the paper box according to the set quantity.

Kick board mark: Mark the paper box by tilting it (used for large paper boxes and slow running).

Synchronize acceleration with the machine (about 30% faster than the speed of this bend).

PLC、 The human-machine interface realizes human-machine interaction and is equipped with a wireless remote control.

Transportation Department

Continuously stacking boxes, evenly pressing, and neatly conveying finished products to ensure perfect quality.

The upper and lower conveyor belts are made of imported PVC belts with excellent wear resistance.

The entrance is equipped with 2 sets of large wheels and 2 sets of small wheels to stabilize the paper boxes, ensuring that they enter the conveyor smoothly and neatly.

The entrance is equipped with an automatic paper box parking protection device to minimize the damage rate of paper boxes.

The conveying part can move forward and backward, and is automatically pressurized by a cylinder, making adjustment more convenient.
