Clearing Waste Department

Based on the signal of non-conforming products provided by the detection department, the control system controls the waste cleaning table to form a tilted angle, allowing the non-conforming products to enter the waste cleaning area of the machine.

Turnback Department

Bottom Sticker Section

Suitable for bottom and side stickers, requiring the purchase of a spray adhesive system.

There are three positions for bottom hooking action:

A. Perform a hooking and pasting action on the bottom adhesive part;

B. Perform a middle angle forming action at the outlet of the bottom sticker part;

C. Perform paper edge angle forming action on the right or left side of this fold.

This Section

At the entrance, there is a set of left and right devices equipped with a lower paste cylinder, which can be used for quantitative paste application, has a large capacity, and is easy to maintain.

The left and right folding straps can move up and down independently to adjust the tightness of the paper box thread.

Pressing Down on The Part

The main function is to compact the adhesive part on the paper box, ensuring that the paper box is completely glued and formed;

The upper and lower conveyor belts are made of imported PVC belts with excellent wear resistance;

Using pneumatic method, adjust the pressure between the upper and lower conveyor belts to suit various thickness paper boxes.

Transportation Department

Continuously stacking boxes, evenly pressing them to compact the adhesive parts on the paper box, and neatly conveying finished products to ensure perfect quality.

The upper and lower conveyor belts are made of imported PVC belts with excellent wear resistance.

The entrance is equipped with 2 sets of large wheels and 2 sets of small wheels to stabilize the paper box, ensuring that the paper box enters the conveyor smoothly and neatly.

The entrance is equipped with an automatic paper box parking protection device to minimize the damage rate of paper boxes.

The conveying section adopts cylinder automatic pressurization, making adjustment more convenient.
