The Benefold Eagle 1800 intelligent high-speed double gluer machine features a two-in-one capping system that automatically coordinates the ejection of both sheets. It employs suction servo positioning for paper feeding and alignment, utilizing a hot melt adhesive system to apply instant-adhesive material that precisely bonds Sheet A and Sheet B during operation. The machine supports seamless switching between single and double sheet configurations, ensuring perfect formation of both sheets (compatible with three-roll-one products).

Paper Department
A. B-sheet paper feeding adopts servo positioning for paper feeding;
The use of electric eyes and encoders for speed monitoring can ensure that the speeds of A and B chips are completely consistent.
Pressure Joint
Adopting a hot melt adhesive spraying system, combined with a pneumatic push plate, to quickly connect and position the A and B pieces;
The A-sheet cardboard and B-sheet cardboard have been merged into one, and the middle belt presses the hot melt adhesive application area to ensure a smooth transition of the two cardboard sheets to the next step.
Compression Section
A piece of cardboard and B piece of cardboard are combined into one at this point;

Bottom Sticker Section

This Section

Two sets of expandable upper and lower straps that can adapt to various lengths of box shapes;

Adopting independent motor control, synchronously accelerating with the machine (30% faster than the speed of this folding part), correcting the up and down lines of the paper box. Strong leveling correction can completely eliminate the high and low lines of the paper box, ensuring that the paper box has no horn mouth.
Transportation Department
